The Medjool dates are larger, darker, and more caramel-like in taste than other common types.

Our Medjool high quality dates come from Morocco and are organically grown. Theses exquisite dates are dried but not dehydrated, which makes them soft and sticky. Their sugars become more concentrated as they dry, which further increases their sweetness.

Medjool dates are rich in natural sugars, fiber, calcium, magnesium and copper. They contain antioxidants such as flavonoids, carotenoids, and phenolic acids, which have been studied for their anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and brain-protective properties.
