Dried honeydew melon

Our honeydew melon is sweet and juicy and has a very fruity aroma.

The candied melon is rich in beta-carotene, vitamins and minerals such as potassium, calcium, iron, sodium, magnesium and phosphorus.

The lightly candied and sulphured honeydew melon is an ideal snack between meals, but is also very suitable for refining muesli, yoghurt and desserts.

The sweet melon is naturally gluten-free. It is also ideal for the vegan and vegetarian diet.

Storage advice: Store in a closed container in the refrigerator.
